Introduction
Welcome to MerantoMeditations.com. This website is owned and operated by All Faith Self Help Center, Inc. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘Member Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section for more information).
This agreement is in effect as of June 01, 2018.
We reserve the right to change this Member Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Member Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
Membership
The membership contribution for the program is due on the date subscription is successfully processed. Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew on the same date appropriately. The membership contribution is nonrefundable. Memberships are nontransferable.
Do not sign accept this agreement unless you are ready to make a commitment! This is a legal and binding agreement, and we want you to take this program seriously. All Faith Self Help Center, Inc. is a spiritual self-help organization dedicated to helping people improve their lives using their own god given talents.
I understand that it is unethical to make promises or guarantees. I further understand that I must conduct myself in an orderly fashion at all times or my membership will be canceled with loss of tuition. I understand that I am making a commitment, that there are no refunds for any reason and the 72-hour refund policy does not apply to The All Faith Self Help Center, Inc. No verbal agreements will be considered!
I understand that I will receive sessions online. If sessions are requested to be sent on a CD, an additional charge will apply. All sessions I receive both online or on a CD are pre-recorded. I understand that I will receive recordings that are 30-45 minutes each.
I fully understand that I am agreeing to a limited membership. I further understand that I will always have access to these recordings once my membership contribution is paid in full. There are no refunds and I am still liable for the balance that may be due.
I also understand that while I am losing weight, controlling depression, or coming off of medication, I should be supervised by a licensed medical doctor. I will not listen to these sessions while driving or operating equipment of any kind, nor will I hold Sam Meranto or his associates liable in any way.
This is a Firm Commitment
On the average, 50% of the people that sign-up for self-improvement programs, a few hours or days later, have second thoughts and change their minds. That is why there’s so many obesity, depression, and people with social challenges.
